Abstract

This paper analyzes the impact of work-from-home (WFH) policies on employee productivity, engagement, and job satisfaction in IT, finance, and education sectors. Using survey data from 1,500 employees across 10 countries, results show that flexible WFH policies increase productivity and work-life balance but require strong communication frameworks and digital collaboration tools. The study provides actionable insights for HR managers and organizational leaders.
