The Role of Electronic administration in Improving public service

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the contribution of e-administration to the improvement of the public service in the Municipality of Oulad aiche. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 persons. After the examination 30 samples were used. The study found that e-management contributed to the improvement of the performance of workers at a high rate of 77% in the Municipality of Ouald aiche Blida, which contributed to improving the public service provided to citizens by 69% and providing the service in an effective and efficient manner.
