Abstract

This paper analyzes how cross-cultural leadership styles impact organizational effectiveness in multinational corporations. Surveying 300 managers across Asia, Europe, and North America, the study finds that culturally adaptive leadership improves employee engagement, innovation, and global team collaboration. The paper offers guidelines for training programs and leadership assessment tools for diverse workforces.
