Abstract

This paper examines how remote work arrangements influence innovation in technology firms. Data from 150 IT companies in North America, Europe, and India show that flexible remote work boosts creative output but requires effective collaboration tools and strong knowledge-sharing culture. Strategies to balance remote work and innovation are provided.
