Transcending Borders: The Role of Global Administrative Law in the 21st Century

Abstract

This study aims to define "Global Administrative Law" and highlight the key scholarly perspectives that led to its emergence. It also details the main aspects of the Global Administrative Law project, which was initiated in New York in 2005 by a group of academics, particularly within the contexts of the globalization of law and transnational law.
