Employee Well Being and Organizational Innovation: A Multinational Study

This paper investigates the link between employee well being initiatives and innovation output in multinational corporations. Data from 350 firms in Europe, North America, and Asia indicate that companies prioritizing mental health programs, flexible work arrangements, and inclusive culture report higher rates of innovation patents and product launches. The paper offers a model linking human resource practices to creative performance outcomes.
