Abstract

Effective leadership is critical for driving employee engagement and organizational performance. This research examines the relationship between leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and servant leadership—and employee engagement across 300 multinational organizations in Asia and Europe. Results indicate that transformational leadership positively correlates with innovation and employee commitment, while transactional leadership enhances operational efficiency. Servant leadership fosters trust and collaboration. The study highlights the importance of culturally adaptive leadership training and organizational development programs to maximize engagement and performance across diverse workforces.
